About me
I like to observe what is happening around me closely.
I find it particularly interesting when people want to achieve something together. Then it immediately becomes clear that we sometimes hinder each other rather than really support each other.
My focus is therefore on releasing disruptive energies into productive forces. I am very passionate about working together, experiencing lightness and simplicity in all its complexity.
Seeing clearly where others are confused has been a personal motivation for me since my early working years. As a laboratory technician, as a human resources developer in a corporation and as an independent consultant for more than twenty years, everything that is complex and alive is interesting and captivating for me. As a result, I have specialized in moderation, nature-oriented process support and the design of transitions.
I can draw on a wide variety of instruments and also depth of experience. Above all, I bring patience and understanding for the person I am working with and have the gift of disrupting the comfort zone to such an extent that growth becomes possible.

In my life I can try out this passion for transitions and movement with my two children in their teenage years. I find peace in meditation and on my daily forest walks, which I also publish. I am a person who loves movement and therefore loves sports that require a certain level of skill and fitness and that always challenge me.
In projects and in coaching you experience me as a free spirit who likes to think in complete processes and develop them. I enjoy support structures that I design together with you. I remain appreciative and like to listen. My fascination with dealing with not knowing is just as helpful as my unconditional interest in your growth.
