Connecting with yourself with PEP
In coaching, basic assumptions about the self are explored. These have existed in us since early childhood. What if these basic assumptions no longer fit? For example, if the former inner driver “I’m not good enough” still causes stress, even though you now feel like you are “good enough”?

Some assumptions that we have about ourselves are so firmly anchored that they need a more effective form of processing. Talking alone doesn’t help! Methods that allow such deeper processing include “tapping methods”.
PEP was developed by Dr. Michale Bohne and is now enjoying great popularity. It has a lasting effect and is infectious and easy to use. The method works on two levels: the emotional and the cognitive level.
Such solution blocks can be resolved in just a few sessions and new assumptions about yourself can be reinforced by applying the tapping methods yourself.
